Print-on-Demand Production

All products sold on this website are produced using print-on-demand manufacturing.
This means items are created only after an order is placed, specifically for that order.
Because of this production method, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for: incorrect size selection, change of mind, ordering the wrong product or buyer preference. Please review product details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Package

If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
