Each storefront may offer custom products branded for that specific organization.
Product Fulfillment
Products are manufactured and shipped through our print-on-demand partner: Printful
Products are created after an order is placed and are not pre-manufactured or stocked in inventory.
Pricing
Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Shipping costs and taxes (if applicable) will be calculated during checkout.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring: correct product selection, correct size and correct shipping address.
Once an order is placed and production begins, it may not be possible to modify the order.
Intellectual Property
All logos, artwork, and branding displayed in storefronts belong to their respective organizations.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any designs without permission from the organization that owns the branding.
Store Access
Some storefronts may be private and protected by passwords. Access credentials should not be publicly shared unless authorized by the organization that owns the store.
Limitation of Liability
Solid Ground is not liable for: delays caused by shipping carriers, issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information or normal variations in printed product appearance.
